4 - THE ACTION STAGE
.You sold them, now make it easy to collect payment. Take a little information as you can to process a payment. Make the first sale small, easy, maybe $5 or $15.

Regardless, you must always have a call-2-action to buy your product/service, maybe a free trial, or ask them to request a free consultation.

5 - RETENTION
.Here, the sale is done, but you want to keep them and resell them over and over. So your focus is service excellence.

Keep them engaged with emails, special offers. guides, etc.
